I have uploaded the full texts of both Bunderman’s 1948 seminal F/F/F/ work and Marcinkowski’s 1973 Supplement to the same on separate pages on the site.  Look for both in the major sections at the top of the Home Page.

Hope that having online access to both can fill in some gaps for people who link into these lines.
